An authentic Tequila distilled from the blue agave plant at a small family distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. La Chica Gold is light gold in colour with notes of sweet caramelised, baked Blue Webber Agave and a warm mellow finish.

Aromas of fresh cut Green Chilli jump out of the glass with cracked black pepper and lime peel. The palate Is loaded with flavoursome green chilli spice and fresh cut green pepper flavours, freshly juiced lime, and subtle spice on the back palate with black pepper corn and saline lift.

Aromas of lifted agave, pristine, soft toasty aromatics and subtle black pepper spice. The palate is smooth with delicate lifted agave flavours. Citrus peel gives the palate lift and finished with a smooth slightly saline edge.

Through their artisanal distillation process, Altos Tequila achieves a rich and complex flavour profile, with layers of agave sweetness, earthy undertones, and a smooth, lingering finish that's perfect for sipping or mixing in cocktails. Altos Plata is the most traditional expression of Altos - Sweet to the mouth with citrus notes like lime, lemon, and agave. The aftertaste is pleasant and long-lasting.

Altos Reposado Tequila is produced in the picturesque Los Altos, situated 2000+ metres above sea level, and is know for its mineral-rich, volcanic tierra roja (red earth), which is complemented by a unique microclimate. These combined factors contribute to the cultivation of the highest quality blue Agave, used by Altos for producing their award winning tequila. Aged 6 to 8 months in ex-Bourbon barrels. Altos Reposado is robust, yet pleasant, with tannins and citrus notes; a long and well-balance finish.
